Our History

At just 16 years old, North York Tile’s founder, Albert decided to leave his home in Italy to find a better life in Canada.

Albert worked countless jobs in the construction business which led him to open his own tile installation company.

In 1962, Albert opened the doors to the public as what our customers know today as North York Tile Contractors Ltd.

Over the last 55 years, Albert has built his business with his daughter and son by his side.

North York Tile is a family owned and operated business. We know how important quality work is, especially when it comes to your home or business. North York Tile is committed to ensuring quality workmanship, trust, and excellent customer service.

We take pride in the work we do - Albert built a company based on trust and commitment, and we continue to amplify these values everyday on the job site.

We love working with our partners to continue to build communities for the GTA, Brampton, Kitchener - Waterloo, Barrie, and the list goes on.
